When Cat5 Commerce, one of the nation’s leading e-retailers, wanted to launch a premium yet affordable tactical gear brand, I co-created the Mission Made name and designed the brand’s logo. Because Mission Made appealed to consumers needing practical, rugged, and fashionable options for apparel and other equipment, I implemented a simple and versatile design capturing both function and style. My creative input extended from conceptualization to factory production—in addition to developing the brand’s identity and packaging, I collaborated with the product development team to innovate quality, original products while rebranding existing private-label products to fit Mission Made and its distinctive line. Mission Made replaced TG, a value brand, and sold a wide variety of items on Amazon, TacticalGear.com, and other online stores.
